Tradesy, a platform for selling used women’s fashion, hadn’t refreshed its brand since its inception in 2014.

In 2019, to stay competitive with TheRealReal, we committed to a redesign.

I recognized that the key for users of fashion resale marketplaces was to treat their shopping experience the same as the retail store experience:
